Did You Play High School Sports?

A Cornell University survey of 712 men in their 70s and 80s found those who’d played a sport five decades earlier had to go to the doctor less frequently. The reason: Those who were on teams back in the day remained more active in their golden years. It’s never too late to get into a physical activity you love and that will keep you healthy for years to come.
