Shrink Those Sun Spots

A sun-filled summer can wreak havoc on your skin. But don’t worry—there are ways to reduce the damage! If you cut down on your daily exposure to sun and apply full-spectrum sun protection every day, you can improve the appearance of spots 20 to 50 percent.

But if any new mole takes on an “A, B, C or D”—Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color change or a Diameter greater than five millimeters—get yourself to a dermatologist! All are cancer warning signs. Now slather on that sunscreen to keep those fine lines at bay, too.

That’s it? The secret is put sunscreen on everyday? I am barely outside and do sunscreen everyday. This isn’t helping me get rid of spots I currently have.

This was a worthless waste of time!!! Reading an article that told you nothing about shrinking spots, only on preventing sun damage that the majority of the population around the world, already knows. Wear sunscreen. Who would have thought? Oh yeah, about 50 or so of the companies that are producing it.

I have heard that something in parsley helps deal with sunspots, as in to apply a topical mask.

Talk about an insult to intelligence!! This was mere click bait for ad revenue. This is the last straw, these daily ahas have always been pretty useless but this one takes the cake. I’m unsubscribing.
