Exercise Reduces Hot Flashes

Research shows exercise can benefit menopausal women.

If you’re in menopause and suffering through hot flashes, there’s relief in sight! Well, temporary relief, anyway. New research suggests that women have fewer hot flashes in the 24 hours following a workout.

Of course, exercise has many other benefits—from reduced anxiety and depression, to improved self-esteem and concentration, to a stronger heart and fewer headaches—so this is just one more reason to get out and start moving!
