Hiding secrets like infidelity can harm your health, study says.

Do you play your cards close to the vest? New research from Tufts University shows that keeping a big secret feels like a physical burden. During the study, the subjects said that hills looked steeper, roads looked longer and daily tasks seemed harder.

Later, the researchers surveyed people who were cheating on their spouses—clearly a big secret to carry—to see if the same phenomenon occurred.

And once again, tasks were rated as more difficult for the big-secret keepers. Coming clean really is a load off your back! You'll be more relaxed and confident with your daily list of must-do's. And that's a beautiful thing!
