Over the past few decades morbidity levels have sharply increased due to the rising rates of chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer and more. The super-challenge is happening now through the entire "The Dr. Oz Show" season, giving you a realistic time frame to turn your health around (Rome wasn't built in a day!). Over the course of the program you'll go through seven key steps, and one lucky person who completes all seven steps will walk away with $1 million dollars.

We love the seven steps because not only will they get your body in shape, but they will make you more beautiful, too.

  1. Sign up for the challenge here, and tell a friend. Studies show folks who lose weight in groups keep their weight off and are more successful in the long term.
  2. Determine your BMI. If you don’t have a healthy BMI, the challenge asks you to lose 10 percent of your body weight or reach a healthy BMI. Find your BMI with our Body Health Quiz.
  3. Connect with your doctor. Start a relationship with your doctor so you can have an honest conversation about your weight before it’s a bigger problem.
  4. Learn your family's health history. “The Dr. Oz Show” web site will be offering unique web tools powered by Sharecare to help you fill out your family history and compile all critical information.
  5. Get more sleep. "People underestimate the importance of sleep in managing their weight," explains Roizen. "I can't stress the importance of sleep for health and beauty enough. From fighting obesity and promoting healthier arteries to increasing energy and giving you glowing skin, quality sleep is a non-negotiable."
  6. Assess your stress. "Stress is linked to weight gain, heart disease, sleep issues, wrinkles, gray hair, you name it!" says Roizen. You simply can't be your most beautiful if you're not managing stress. But you can look, feel and be younger when you do!
  7. Start new fitness habits. "The best part about exercise is it helps with so many other health and beauty issues," continues Roizen. "Simply taking a brisk 30 minute walk every day can help you lose weight, sleep better, and manage your stress. Exercise is a beauty miracle-worker."
