June came through with twins born—appropriately— to two sets of celebrity parents as Beyoncé gave birth to a boy and a girl on June 12 just days after Amal Clooney introduced a daughter named Ella and a son named Alexander to the world on June 6.

Beyoncé arrived at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, June 13 with her team and staff. The plan was to secure the fifth floor so that Bey could give birth in private. That’s according to a user of The Shade Room who was quoting a friend said to work at the hospital.

The twins are babies No. 2 and No. 3 for Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z, and they join 5-year-old big sister Blue Ivy.

Amal’s husband, Georgie, welcomed news of the couple’s first-borns with typical Clooney humor: “Ella, Alexander, and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days,” said their rep.

Next up on the docket to deliver celebrity twins is Mom TV star Jaime Pressly, who confirmed in June that she is anticipating the arrival of twin boys this fall with Hamzi Hijazi. “Twins don’t run on either side of our families so we were completely shocked,” said the actress,

Pressly jokes that expecting two babies is “God cutting me some slack.” She told People magazine that she and her long-time boyfriend have been trying “for quite a while” to get pregnant. “I’ve always wanted three kids and the older I’m getting, I’m like, ‘Okay, maybe just one more would be nice,’” she said. “I was getting a little sad, but it was like, ‘We’ll give you two in one. You don’t have to do another pregnancy.’”

The twins will join Dezi James, Pressly’s 10-year-old son with her ex Eric Calvo.
