Blessings to our incoming first family, the Kardashians. Page Six reports that Kim and the gang have signed a $100 million-plus deal with E! to produce four more seasons of their show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Ever heard of it?

The deal is the highest in TV history for a reality brand. But it’s not without its flaws: Bruce Jenner, who is widely reported to be transitioning to a woman, won’t be included. Neither will Mr. Kim Kardashian, Kanye West (who only appeared sparingly in past seasons in scenes with Kim). And in perhaps the most disturbing news, the show’s creator Ryan Seacrest/person we have to blame for all this will also get a sizeable fee. (Season 10 of “Keeping Up” will premiere on Sunday, March 15. Other shows that have lasted 10 seasons include “Friends,” “Beverly Hills, 90210,” and “Murphy Brown.” Classic American television. You know, like “Khloé & Lamar.”)

Kardashian Momager Kris Jenner was the force behind the deal. US Weekly noted (as if we didn’t already know Kris was controlling everything, including YOUR BRAIN RIGHT NOW.). An ‘insider’ tells the mag, “This has been in the works for almost a year. Kris is a fierce negotiator. They were not planning on leaving E!, but she was playing major hardball and threatening to leave. E! needs them.” (Jenner was probably trying to get E! to change its name to K!.) Can you imagine an E! without the Kardashian franchise family? We’d be left with “Christina Milian Turned Up” reruns on a loop.

This deal will get us to Season 14 and could include spinoffs from “Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons” to “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.” You can bet we’ll be up to “Kendall and Kylie Take Milan” and “Kim and North Take Harvard-Westlake” by 2019. The deal may even encompass a Kardashian-branded YouTube channel. Khloe will also continue to serve as an E! red carpet correspondent.

Congratulations to Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kris, Kendall, Kylie, Scott, Rob, and most importantly, all of us. We did this.
