The Mindset Of A Six Pack

If you want to know the secret to getting a six pack, or the secret to reaching any other fitness goal for that matter, it could all be as simple as a change in your determination and mindset.

Fitness model, expert and business owner, Natalie Jill knows this first hand and shared her story in U.S. News and World Report – Health. At age 46, she is a fitness model and runs a successful fitness franchise. But it wasn’t always this way for her. In fact, 10 years ago, she was overweight and figured that the extra fat around her belly was just something she’d have to deal with.

One day while working as a sales director, she realized that the encouragement she was giving her team to make sales could be used in her own life.

So she created a vision board for inspiration, researched information on diet and exercise and eventually earned personal training and sports nutrition certifications.

She implemented simple steps such as eating unprocessed foods, exercising using her own body weight and staying on her feet as much as she could. Eventually, the extra weight came off and she was able to develop one heck of a six pack.

In her opinion, everyone can do it too. It all starts with your mindset. According to Jill, you can’t buy into the, ‘I’m too old, it’s too late, I’m a mom, I’m not genetically OK to do this’, frame of thinking. Start acting like the person you want to be.
