The power of the Internet has finally made it so we don’t even need to leave our houses to attend a fitness class. Streaming can get you in on classes with high-profile trainers like Mary Helen Bowers of Ballet Beautiful or celeb trainer Tracy Anderson.

And now, you don’t have to leave the house to attend an entire four-day yoga conference either.

From April 30 through May 3, you can join the YOGA IS online conference to take a variety of unique, exclusive yoga classes. Every day, eight classes will be offered, each 30 minutes long, paired with an interview. The topics span from classic vinyasa classes, to meditation sessions and lessons on parenting gracefully and finding your courage. Whether you’re looking to broaden your practice or just want to find peace in certain aspects of your life, this conference is a really convenient way to work toward your goals.

Creator and host Suzanne Bryant decided to create the online conference after seeing such a positive response to her movie, “YOGA IS, A Transformational Journey“, which focuses on her journey to India to search for answers to her personal hardships through yoga. She received thousands of emails from people explaining how the movie changed their lives. So, she decided to create a place where anyone could get inspired and use yoga to really transform their lives.

Right now, passes are $39, which includes all classes and interviews, plus access to the conference material later. For more information on instructors and classes or to register, visit the conference website.
