Acetaminophen, a drug found in many over-the-counter and prescription pain medications, can lead to liver damage when taken in high doses. In the liver, acetaminophen is broken down into the byproduct NAPQI which, in large amounts, can harm liver cells, possibly leading to liver failure.  Watch this video to get the full scoop on pain pills!
