One to two minutes after brushing, bacteria once again begins to build up in your mouth. The bacteria on your teeth bind to other bacteria in your mouth, creating a thicker and thicker layer of plaque.  If you don't wipe the plaque away by brushing your teeth, the bacteria can produce acid which eats away at your tooth enamel.  Watch this video to learn how best to keep your mouth healthy and clean!
