Migraine symptoms include throbbing on one side of the head, feeling sick to your stomach, and numbness or tingling in the hands, face, and arms.  Many migraine sufferers also see spots, wavy lines, or flashes of light before the pain begins.  Migraines usually last between four and seventy-two hours, and their exact cause is unknown.
