In food processor, add one large ripe banana and pulse until smooth. Then add 8 ounces of Silken extra Firm Tofu, 15 ounces pure canned pumpkin, one tablespoon agave nectar, 2 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg and mix until well blended scraping down the sides of bowl if necessary. Scoop into bowl or individual containers, cover and refrigerate until set, about one hour and serve.
