Some days, you just need to go home and whip up whatever’s in your refrigerator. We have some good news for you: you can make a healthy, low-calorie milkshake with ingredients you probably have sitting at home right now. And thanks to nutrition chef Valerie Cogswell, our new favorite recipe is less than 300 calories.

Valerie described her recipe thusly:

“An old school milkshake with a healthy makeover in this protein-packed treat. Swap full-fat  ice cream for a reduced-fat version and add Greek yogurt for a creamy consistency.  A few scoops of chocolaty Power Crunch Proto Whey Protein Powder adds rich, cocoa flavor and helps to balance blood sugar so you can indulge while staying true to your health goals.”
