ahava dry oil body mist

When I was single, I dated a model for a few months who turned out to be jerk, but he did turn me onto a skincare product he swore by and it’s one I’ve loved ever since: body oil. It’s a skincare staple that no one should be without because it’s deeply hydrating, which is particularly perfect for winters that sap much-needed moisture from your skin.

AHAVA’s new Dry Oil Body Mist in Cactus and Pink Pepper, which is rich in hydrating jojoba seed oil, as well as sesame seed and vitamin E oils, promises to leave you with supple skin. The spray also contains Dead Sea microalgae with beta-carotene and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which protect from age-accelerating free radical damage.

Product: AHAVA Dry Oil Body Mist in Cactus and Pink Pepper

Price: $40

We Think:

How It Feels: AHAVA Dry Oil Body Mist evenly sprays on the oil, which is light enough to use year-round. Since it’s a fine mist, the oil is absorbed easily and there no greasy residue.

How To Use It: Spritz the mist on parched arms, legs and your hard-to-reach back, and rub in until the oil is absorbed. About two pumps are needed for arms and three pumps for legs.

Results: The body oil mist instantly hydrated my skin, leaving it soft and smooth. I appreciated that the spray worked from several different angles so I didn’t have to hold it perfectly upright while spraying, say, my shins or my lower back. Supple skin aside, I was instantly hooked at first spray because the pink pepper and cactus scent is so divine. In fact, I find myself reaching for it multiple times as day for the scent alone. Needless to say, as a result, my skin has never been softer.

Disclaimer: I received AHAVA Dry Oil Body Mist as a sample.
