1 cup ripe seasonal berries (raspberries, strawberries or blackberries)
1 cup cold plain Greek yogurt
Mash together one cup of berries with one cup of cold plain Greek yogurt. Apply to sunburned skin the minute you get inside. Store in the refrigerator and apply every few hours as needed. Note: If you have blisters or open areas of skin, see a doctor first; do not apply.
