What stages does your body pass through while you dream?

When you sleep, you cycle through several stages that fall into two categories: REM (rapid eye movement) and non-REM sleep.  During REM sleep, you have the most dreams, but REM sleep doesn't occur all night.  REM sleep is interspersed by light and deep stages of non-REM sleep.  Watch this video to better understand the science of sleep!
