It is very important to drink a lot of water. I have noticed that when I don’t drink enought water my hair starts to get very dry and look very dull. Its texture also changes. Not only does your body need water but also your hair! Another think to consider is what you are eating. Eat vegetables that are high in vitamins that are good for you hair like spinach any other green vegetables. What I notice that helps me to grow my hair our faster is, I get my hair trimmed every 3 weeks, getting it trimmed has done miracles! I hope this helps!
Hair can not grow any faster than your body can. Everyone hair grows at a different rate the average is 1/2 inch a month. Your genetics make that decision, however how you care for your hair determines how much length you can retain. You have to take care of the inside first to see better results on the outside. Take vitamins, eat more veggies and fruit also protein are helpful. You don’t have to necessarily cut out all sugars and fats but cut back some. Also what you do to your hair is key. Stop with the flat irons, blowdryers, and hair chemicals, don’t use them so often and within one day or week of each other. Give your hair a break from all the manipulation you do to it everyday. Search the internet about hair growth/health and start from there it is so much information out there. Me personally use to have ear length chemical, heat damaged hair about 2 years ago, now my hair is longer than it was ever its midback length.
