Acne vs Rosacea

I am still trying to figure out if I have Rosacea or Adult Acne...........I am 60 years old and am very red on the cheekbone area and the nose......I have breakouts along my chin and jawbone areas that ususally do not contain any pus, they are just red, but on my nose my breakouts do sometime contain pus..........I have large pores and usually develop blackheads on the temple areas of my face...........I am really confused..... I have started a cleansing routine in the last couple of days using Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti Aging Cleanser wet cleansing cloths and follow up with Aveeno Calming Daily Moisterizer....... Any Suggestions...............

Sounds more like rosacea if it doesn't have pus. Ask a dermatoligist if you want to know for sure. Keep doing your cleansing routine, because more than likely, you're not going to see drastic results within a few days.

Well im studying cosmetology and it sounds like u have rosacea in certain areas and adult acne in certain areas. U can try murad which has products rhat specialize in rosecea and adult acne. its pricey but to me its worth it. U can also watch your intake. But before you try products see a dermatologist.
