Hi Ella,
This is very positive to see an 18 year old so very confident. Refreshing actually and quite admirable. That said however Ella, while I also understand that you are very comfortable with your weight and not interested in losing weight. I must be honest in reminding you there are significant health risks involved with your weight and just anyone consuming that many daily calories-regardless of age etc.,
Ella, I know you are very confident. You also mentioned that you were finding it difficult to walk, and that is because of your weight in relation to your petite frame. That considered, I recommend that you see/speak with your family doctor, who will more than likely put you in touch with a nutritionist/Dietitician/and even a fitness professional who will work with you to maintain that confidence by ensuring that you stay healthy and full and active.
This way you will be able to walk whenever you want to without difficulty, still be able to eat the things you like, but combine some of those foods with ones with more fiber perhaps, so you stay full longer and so you won't have to consume as many calories.
We want to to be and stay heart healthy, fit, fun, active, beautiful and even more confident Ella! (:- Take care and please keep us posted ok? (:-
Judith
