Wow!..This is refereshing..wanting to gain weight..and in your lower areas. Weight training to target your bum, legs, and thighs will work...get ready to be committed and do some major lifts and squats(you will be toned, but very thick in those areas from the build of muscles, from extreme lifts and muscle exhaustion etc).  A trainer if you can afford one locally..even to get you started and show you the right moves so you know what your body needs would be a good start. You can then continue on your own. Drinking milk shakes, etc., as many would say will make you gain weight all over including your face, tummy, etc...but we are trying to target specific areas, so you could start by doing squats with hand held weights, build your bum, and legs real fast..the weights have to be at least 5-10 pounds or even 15(if you are familiar with lifting weights)..as you are looking to 'exhaust' the muscles in those areas. Good luck and happy 'gaining'..Kiss

Let us know how you are doing..remember you are beautiful however you are Zulily! Take care.

Eat foods higher in calories, vitamins, and minerals, as opposed to higher in fat or sugar.
You may take cheese in casseroles, eggs, and soups, and nonfat dried milk in soups, shakes, milk, and mashed potatoes. Take Nuts, dried fruits, and yogurt are good options.you will enjoy.
