I'm fairly skinny, and I want to gain some weight in muscle. Any ideas in how to do this? I lift a little weights and do push ups and other excercises like that, but any other help? Thanks.
i use to be real thin until i got into Tae Kwon Do its a form of marshal arts its real intence especially in competion and it really tones muscle
Sports, something competitive. I used to be skinny and then I started JumpRope and Karate. I know those are slightly unusual sports especially JumpRope But JumpRope Really Really helped with muscle building. Just a little push up won't help much.
How's your diet? To gain muscle mass you have to eat more especially before and after you lift weights.
Strength training, protein drinks afterward, eat more frequently (high protein, healthy fats, and don't be afraid of healthy carbs, too). I'm 5'5" and 100lbs, and this is the advice I've been given over and over...my problem is sticking to it. I get nauseous sometimes just looking at food or thinking about eating...I sometimes go all day without eating anything, then barely eat any dinner as well. It's easy to force myself to eat often the first two or three days, then it just makes me sick to eat so often or even think about eating.
Good luck!
Add more protein to your diet and protein shakes is a great way to do it.
Maybe... if you use a whole bottle of foundation at once. Here's what you need to know.
