You need to get a doctor or an esthetican to remove it with a lancet. It's a needle it drains all the fluid out of it. If have a facial done some places remove for you when they are extrating your blackheads.

You can also watch what you eat to help create less oil on your skin, causing blackheads, cysts, etc. I have problems with cysts. It didn't become a problem until the last couple of months of my pregnancy with my 3rd child. My mom told me that it runs in her side of the family. So...I started watching my saturated fat intake, I use a bar of soap on my face that does not have chemicals in it (it has tea tree oil in it, which helps heal your skin), and I don't use a scrubby or a wash cloth. I use my bare hands when washing my face. You will want to pat dry your face with a dry towel. And also, keep your hands away from your face. Once you follow these steps, you will gradually see that they are healing and starting to go away. Also, instead of using facial toner, use hydrogen peroxide on some toilet paper. The saying goes, "you are what you eat" is definitely true. What you eat affects your whole body (including your face). So, there you have it. I hope I have helped you, and I hope that the year 2012 will be a good year for you.

Going to the dermatologist would work. Why don't you try exfoliating more?
