to do it naturally you could use tea bags
first you heat up the water in the microwave for about 3 mintues in a coffiee cup
second you put two tea bags in the water and let them soak for about 1 minute then you take them back out
after you put each tea bags under each eye and just rest close your eyes or watch tv when the tea bag gets cold you soak it back into the cup and put it back on your eyes again do this once a day till u see results
