Fish oil! It's made my nails so much stronger--they actually grow long now! I just get a daily supplement at whole foods, nordic naturals, works really well.

I like Nailtiques Nail protein. They carry a whole line depending on your nails' needs. Nailtiques made a drastic difference in my flimsy nails that I had been biting and peeling for years.

I had to quit getting artificial nails, so it's just mine own nails now. Good nutrition is going to help a whole lot. I eat "clean", so I feel like I'm getting what I need by nutrition. 90% of my food is unprocessed and organic. I take Omega 3 supplements as per my eye doctor's instructions for macular degeneration and this helps a host of things as well.

An old trick is to simply cut a small piece of garlic in half and rub that right on your nail. I tried it and my nails were surprisingly hard and strong, so it really did work for me. I recommend doing this about 3- 4 times a weeks for about 3 weeks. You should see result in the second week. Hope I helped!

Biotin supplements work, and make your hair healthier and stronger too.

I am thrilled for a solution to my brittle nails that peel endlessly! Hopefully the Biotin supplement will do the trick. Thanks again :)

Stop using them so much, if you are.

Soak your nails in olive oil for about 10 minutes.
