What to do about the small red dots

I have these small red dots on my thighs that dont itch or hurt and it is called "keratosis pilaris" and i was wondering how to get rid of them. Any ideas?

    Exfoliate. Keratosis pilaris is a a clogged hair follicle, so you have to exfoliate them to get it to un-clog. Try a body scrub or a body wash with glycolic acid. Then use a lotion that has an ingredient called urea in it. If it's REALLY bad you can get a prescrption lotion with urea, but lesser strength OTC versions do exist.
