I don't beleive your words. I'm not judging but I think you are judging yourself and it seems you are not satisfiied even though you say you are. If you were as happy and as satisfied as you say you are...you would not have written in to YouTalk. You know what needs to happen, good luck!

asklotta is right. You don't come off as someone who is truly secure with your weight. And I don't blame you at all! Very few are secure with their size, no matter how small or large. It is something most men and women deal with on a daily basis.

That being said, you are mistaken when you say you're at a healthy weight. You aren't. Your caloric intake is astronomical, and your food bill must be off the charts! If I were you, I would consider halving that intake at first, then slowly descend that down to a healthy level. You're currently eating 20X more calories than what a full grown man should eat. The risk for your weight is obvious, and well documented. Heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure. You could lose a limb, or worse, die of a stroke or heart attack. No one wants that for you. I don't want that for you.

Take it from someone that has lost a lot of weight. It feels good to be able to move around. It feels fantastic to not need to purchase two tickets when I get on a plane, and to wear clothes that don't have elastic bands. And it's so awesome to be able to spend 70-80 a week on groceries for my fiance and I and be well fed and fully satisfied.

Slowly modify your habits. Over time it will reap great rewards. I promise.

If you truely are that person and are happy with your weight, than why are you posting? I would be asking yourself. If you are at that weight, do you have health issues? Are you tired all the time, having troubles? Than I would consider losing a little bit, if one is considered overweight for their body structure than losing a little weight, even if it's little at a time helps them overcome health issues. You can be overweight and healthy so it depends on how you carry your weight, if you are front heavy so you have back problems then yes def. lose some weight. Or if your knees are effected (this is a big issue that heavier people have to deal with) maybe your knees are buckling, maybe knees give out, thus heading into knee surgery etc.. Then yes start losing weight. Try cutting down how much per meal you consume, I have four meals a day but they are small, I am on the go so I need more intake. But just sit down and write down what you intake and consider adjusting to burn some fat if you are not satisfied or are thinking of doing it.
