asklotta is right. You don't come off as someone who is truly secure with your weight. And I don't blame you at all! Very few are secure with their size, no matter how small or large. It is something most men and women deal with on a daily basis.
That being said, you are mistaken when you say you're at a healthy weight. You aren't. Your caloric intake is astronomical, and your food bill must be off the charts! If I were you, I would consider halving that intake at first, then slowly descend that down to a healthy level. You're currently eating 20X more calories than what a full grown man should eat. The risk for your weight is obvious, and well documented. Heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure. You could lose a limb, or worse, die of a stroke or heart attack. No one wants that for you. I don't want that for you.
Take it from someone that has lost a lot of weight. It feels good to be able to move around. It feels fantastic to not need to purchase two tickets when I get on a plane, and to wear clothes that don't have elastic bands. And it's so awesome to be able to spend 70-80 a week on groceries for my fiance and I and be well fed and fully satisfied.
Slowly modify your habits. Over time it will reap great rewards. I promise.
