  He probably likes you!! I mean in middle school there was this guy, who stared at me a lot!!! Turned out he liked me!! One day he asked me out and I said sure... So we are still together and we've been dating for 4 years now!! He is a really sweet guy now so I would say.... 1. Get to know him first!! 2. Just ask him out ( if he's good) ;)

  I'm having a similar problem. It's with a guy I like. He stares at me a lot and I confronted him about it awhile ago and he said he wasen't. He doesn't turn away if I stare back and its driving me insane not knowing why. A girl who I don't really trust told me he knew I liked him and he thought I was creepy. If he thought I was creepy why is he still staring? Anyone please help me!

  The same happened with me , he told me that I am his well wisher and good friend , still why should he keep starring at me in all public places without any reaction .... no clue as of what is that running in his mind :( !!!
