Why does my ear get hot when i talk on my cell phone for about 30 mins?

When i am on my cellular phone for about 30 mins, my earas get hot and starts itching. it happens particularly with one of my cellular, whic is an old sony ericsson brand. and it gets so bad sometimes that it leads to an headache.

Probably just based on the heat your phone generates from being in use. I would definitley suggest using headphones of some sort with your phone, especially if you will be having conversations that are 15+ minutes.

Noticed it happens with my iPhone too, so I also use headphones for longer work calls.

The heat is from the battery... my phone gets especially hot if I use it while its plugged in and charging.
