Has anyone tried Raspberry Ketones?

I recently bought a bottle, I wasn't sure if I needed to buy a bottle of Green Tea Extract too?

  I have been taking them for 3 or 4 weeks now (without the green tea extract) and I feel like it has made a difference, I lost 3.1 lbs this week alone.

  I take it with green coffee extract it has made a difference for me, but remember taking them doesn't mean you can eat anything in whatever quantities you still need to pay attention to what you eat for best results

  I felt when I was using the pure form the owder and capsules this summer that they worked for me! I lost about 15 pounds in 2.5 months but I was also walking everyday. I also have heard that using acai with the raspberry keytones make it work even better which is what I was planning on trying next. I have researced that the pure form of the raspberry keytones work best!

  Do some on-line research - but avoid those pop-up ads.  I usually go to my local health-food store.  Check out the brands, ingredients, cost, etc. Then, I check out Amazon - I can usually save a bundle on the same brands.  I have just learned about the Ketones - I will be combining them with Green Coffee.  I have found that the green tea has a little too much caffeine for my liking.
