I wonder if it is just another gimmick. However it supposedly gives you a lot of energy and who doesn't want that.
Yes, I tried it for a week and my blood pressure was way to high. My heart raced like I was in the olympics running. My endocrinologist told me to stop taking it before it caused me to have another heart attack. I needed to sleep all the time, I was exhausted. My stomach burned like I drank too much coffee. I gained one pound, could be water of course. I hope you folks have better luck than I did.
They advertise it saying you can eat everything you usually eat but to be honnest why would you want to keep eating unhealthy stuff. you won't be taking those pills forever. So you'll eventually retake that weight unless you decide to make a change for the best in your diet. Cut sodas/sugary drinks and walk a bit everyday while taking those and it should help, my boyfriend started taking those about 2 weeks ago and lost 8lbs. I cut him off energy drinks and soda. Drink lots of water and it's the first time he lost any weight in years.
I've just tried it..actually, I've been taking the green coffee pills for three weeks and I haven't noticed any difference. I'm very disappointed; but truthfully, I haven't been to the gym and had a decent work out either. Give them a try; just don't be like me and not work out!
Hope this helped..
