Don't give up! Running or walking is a great free way to get in shape. A big part of losing weight is making sure you find a way to get you're heart rate up. Biking, Running things like that but as a start just get outside. Walk around you're neighborhood or local parks. There are free websites devoted to helping you plan and track what and how you eat http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ I hope this helps and good luck I'm no expert and I honestly need to lose a little weight myself but being happy is the most important thing. Ignore everything the T.V. and adds throw and you and find what make you feel good about you and the rest will come! Something that I saw that made me feel good was a quote "you are not fat you have fat, don't let anyone tell you different." Again I hope I was helpful and good luck!
