I started to work out more and eat better. However I feel like I am gaining muscle specially in my legs and Im not losing any weigth either. Im feeling like "bigger". What should i do? Am I doing the wrong exercise? Im running, doing some aerobic exercises and apart from that i do horse riding. HELP!
Have you figured out how many calories you are consuming per day and how many you should be?
Actually i dont really control that but im nearly 100% sure that im not overeating (exceeding in the amount of calories I take) because for breakfast i have some yogurt and fruit. Lunch time I have a sandwich, salad or soup with some plain bread. Mid- afternoon i ussualy have fruit and at dinner time I have turkey, salmon, tuna, chicken or I make an ommelete (so basically anything except from red meat and fried things) and with that i have salad or some vegetables (in the past few days I tried to avoid rice, pasta, potatoes) and i always have a piece of fruit.
hi there,i m also on the quest of loosing weight n i m studying alot about it on net,the best way is to first calculate how many calories u require daily,then count ure calories n make a journel.4 workout,circuit trainning is d best so far,u will not only burn fat but gain lean muscles too,u said u r gaining muscles,thats a gud sign coz the more muscles u have,the less chances of getting fat n ure metobalism will work faster if u have more muscles,women generally dont bulk up like man as they have less amout of testerone,a man hormone responsible for bulking up so if u r a woman,dont worry about weight training as it will only help u to lose fat n gain lean muscles:) i hope i m helpful in some manner to u:)
P.S, try to eat proteins with every meal,take 4 to 5 small meals a day,n ure meal should consist of protein,carbs n fats

gud fats like nuts n olive oil n carbs found in whole grain,veggies n fruits, infact a combo of protein,carbs n fats in ure diet n a proper wrkout will help u in loosing wt n getting leaner. best of luck:)
It sounds like you are gaining muscle! Muscle does weigh more than fat, enough good fats will also help! Try pilates and yoga to slim your muscles! Add some cardio too! Hope this helps!
