Well I can't give you a diet chart but I'll tell you what I'm doing personally. I am also overweight and struggle with snacking.
Well I came up with not drinking so many sodas. I allow myself only 1-16.9oz a day now compared to 4. Drink more water to keep you full.
I also made the decision to limit my calorie intake of 1100 or less.
It's not easy, especially if you have people around you that can eat anything and everything and not gain weight.
She also has to be willing to try but she also needs to be motivated.
