    Hi Aliaa,

Try those two altenatives: agave- http://allaboutagave.com/agave-vs-artificial.php

or Stevia- http://www.stevia.com/. I have stopped using any kind if sugar in my coffee and tea and I feel much better, plus my waistline is getting smaller:)

I also switched to Stevia. At first, the taste is a little bitter but one gets used to it. ;-)

A couple of years ago I consumed a sports drink that had artificial sweetner at a Diabetes fund raising 42 mile bike ride.  I nearly immediately had an allergic reaction with a sore throat, raspy breathing and a feeling of being unable to catch my breath.  Fortunately, an ambulance was at the way station 20 feet away from where I was.  They determined I was going into anaphalactic shock...a severe allergic reaction.  I had never experienced that before.  They hit me with an Epi pen (Epinephrine).  Since then I have been very careful but have accidentally gotten several different types of artificial sweetners...I don't want to name names but basically there are Potassium derivatives that are artificial sweetners too.  They are all really dangerous.  Agave, Blue Agave, Stevia are all natural products.  Turbinado sugar, and organic sugar are just fine if you don't use them to exccess.  We are too into sweetners!
