SurprisedDamb woman stop wineing!  117-119lb is amazing, your better than perfect just the way you are! I'm almost 40 and was thrilled when I got down to my weight of 150+. Be happy with your self any way you are.

I have to agree with "alanew"  stop.... being in your 40's and your weight is that low - damn; do you know how many women would love to be in your shoes....  "melygreene" you should be happy and enjoy your shape....

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!  It's the personal weight that matters to each and every one of us.  If Melegreene is unhappy with that weight....so be it!  It's where she feels comfy.  You don't know how tall she is or her bone structure.  I have a sister who is 4'11" and she feels fat at 135......I would love to be 135 lbs., but I'm also 5'6"....and weigh  A LOT MORE!  So you see....5 lbs over what used to be my usual weight made me feel bloated and huge....now?  I need to lose about 70 lbs to feel comfortable with my body! You just never know what weight works for each person...so don't judge! lol!

Melygreene. If you are doing cardio and weights, you may be losing fat but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so don't be discouraged. You should judge your size by inches more than pounds. If your waist is shrinking, or other parts of your body then you are Probly losing weight and twinge muscle. If you have been doing the same exercise program and aren't seeing any change, maybe your body has got accustomed to it and you may have to step up your routine a bit to push through your plateau. I also have a website you can check out for nutrition www.changelivesforever.myvi.net

Well, it might be your diet, since you didn't mention anything about it.

Much more info is needed.  How tall are you?  What kind of diet do you eat?  How long do you exercise?  Twenty minutes is a lot different that an hour.  There is no way of telling why you aren't loosing, but I would suggest stepping up your exercise, and watch the calories you are consuming.  If you weigh 119 lbs, your calorie needs are lower than someone who weighs more.

Tu everyone , I appreciate all your comments , I'm 5.1 tall, and yes I do watch what I eat , I have a 3 year old boy, lost 20 pounds during last two year maybe that is why I'm so concert about my weigth ..

I may have to watch my portions... I'm not complaining:( but is kind of hard whent you work that hard and not see any changes in the scale ,,, just saying

With all the above information, if you are still worried about your weight I would definately see the doctor.  With all the cardio that you do, you may have gained muscle so that your scale doesn't show that you lost any weight.  You sound like you are at a healthy weight.  Wink
