the best exercise to lose more weight and gain muscle
Running is great for gaining muscle, but because muscle weighs more than fat, you might not lose a ton of weight. Having said that though, you will, if you stick with it, notice that you get more shapely and slim down in some areas, especially rear end and legs.
I really recommend running because it works all the areas of your body. You are losing fat but gaining muscles at the same time. Start by setting small goals for yourself such as I am going to run until I get to the second stop sign and if you feel like you can keep going then go, but if you feel like you aren't going to make it just push yourself. Keep setting that goal until you have reached it, the day you have made it to stop sign push yourself a little more and increase the distance and soon you will be running more than what you ever thought you were going to run. Hope it helps! It helped me, but remember you have to stick with it and be consistent.

WELL at this point I have bought some green tea diet pills that suppose to help regain my Metabolisum, and I am going to Continue, with my walking Program cut Back on sweets , too, I , hope to loose weight with in 2 months, I want to loose, 20 pounds being realistic, too, I Have Scoliosis, also known as Curviture of the Spine, I can't jog with 2 bad knees,I Don't have the coushion in between my knees, so That would not be in my Best Interest.I Had Annoxia at the age of 23 as long as I don't get that bad again, I should be fine, I use an Exercise belt, that should help me when I walk , !! thank,s
