Can Apple Cider Vinegar rot your teeth?

    Not sure about rotting teeth, but I heard it works great as a natural, economic shampoo!

    The acid in the vinegar can cause enamel erosion. Likely it will- so if it is used as a drink, or mouth/throat wash, make sure to rinse your mouth well afterwards, or brush your teeth. Apple Cider Vinegar has many many health benefits internally, and many uses externally as well!
