how to get a flat stomach?

everytime I eat my stomach looks so big and I hate it. please help me how to flatten it. thank you. :)

    try doing 100 sit-ups daily for three weeks and see it might help. a friend of mine tried it.

    If it's fat on your stomach sit ups are not going to help.  You may really need to reflect on what you're eating it's either high in fat or high in sodium which is causing you to bloat or gain weight.  If you're stomach is just soft then I would recommend doing pilates which is a lot of core training or even do an ab workout video but there are so many different abdominal muscles it's important to work all of them to have a nice flat stomach.  Check out my blog for healthy, yummy recipes and other weight loss tips. www.kellibaresall.com

    A flat stomach has more to do with diet than exercise.

    A flat stomach has something to do with diet exercise but those are not the only factors.  Genetics and health play a big part.   I naturally had a small stomach until I start having flare ups of IBS C which daily caused bloating and other symptoms.   Once I received a prescription from my doctor the bloating went down almost immediately.  Secondly, your stomach does enlarge after you eat regardless of sodium or fat intake.  Although, this is just my experience.

    I would love a quick fix myself; but I believe the one tried and proven remedy is effective exercise and healthy eating. I have some work to do in this area too so I know where u r coming from. I had begun a regiment a year ago and was really proud of how my body was looking. It takes real work but the end result is priceless. Begin with baby steps and you will gradually see the need to do more when your body begins to improve. Best wishes.

    You should eat clean, as in vegetables and fruits and lean meat such as chicken breasts. Those are really good for your stomach and lots of water of course :) if you exercise your abs but dont eat healthy and clean, abs or a flat stomach wont really show....well im no expert but I read a lot about these things :D

    Probiotics. The good ones...my stomach has never been this flat before in my whole life. Probiotics!

    Probiotics are great to help maintain great stomach inside and out...However you have to lose the fat first. Try pushups. The ones you feel in your stomach. So worth it! Start walking or running, but first burn off that fat, and work at maintaining it. Amazing how easy it is go on and not as easy to come off eh?  You will do it! Good luck.

    This is simple. Stop eating so many things, like sugar. Have an active lifestyle. Don't do TOO MANY abdominal exercises, since that would bulk up your waistline muscles. So much easier said, than done, though. Hope things work out for you! Regards.
