I have been diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome ... and will probably be on warfarin permanently. It is not easy to find resources that clearly define what foods, et al, contain high amounts of Vitamin K. Suggestions ?

Need to take warfarin -- probably for rest of my life because of blood syndrome.  Have read and heard many differing details re:  what contains high amounts of vitammin K.  I am now pretty much confined to eating small amounts of broccoli or small salads each day.  I am never quite sure what is acceptable and what is not as to interactions with medication.  Is there a clear site that is trustworthy and will be give a responsible and correct answer to K quantity?
