I know times are tough - but remember to take time for massage. Massage not only relaxes the muscles, but will relax the nerves! Massage has been proven to help lower blood pressure and pulse rates. Regular massage can also help manage/prevent sports or fitness injuries. It can also help provide better sleep. If you think massage therapy is too expensive or out of your reach - shop around. You DO NOT need to seek out high dollar salons. There are plenty of private practitioners. Check with a chiropractor, insurance carrier, physical therapist, friends for recommendations. Some massage school have clinic days where you can get a massage at a discount price by graduating students!
