My resolution is to exercise 3x a week - it's so hard to fit it into my schedule but I need to make it a priority

So, the real key will be to work through the obstacles. Work life, home life, and other hobbies all get in the way. Make sure you pick an exercise spot that is convenient either to home or work, as well. The more time you have to spend getting to the gym, the more reasons there will be to skip a day. Pick an exercise buddy if you can, too. It is easy to convince yourself to skip a workout. It is harder to flake out on your exercise partner... Good luck, Courtney!
