I leave my phone on the table beside my bed because it doubles as an alarm clock, and I have woken up to find that I have texted people a bunch of random letters, and sometimes coherent sentences...all while snoozing away! Have any of you "sleep texted" before? Could this be interfering with my sleep cycle?

Hi Annabel, We recently published an article about this, and the problem is more common then you'd think. Here it is: http://www.youbeauty.com/sleep/texting-in-your-sleep You're definitely not alone! Anne

I've had entire conversations in my sleep, although sometimes they make no sense...xD That's why I try to stop texting before I sleep and lock my phone. If I have weird dreams, sometimes I'll think the person I text is the person in my dreams, which is why they'll get weird sentences...xD

Nope. I know my brother does when he was a young teenager. Holding the phone while dozing off and realising you drop your phone. Absolutely interfering.
