HI ,,, MY QUESTION IS,,,,, WHY DO I TALK AND LAUGH AND WAKE MY SELF ALL THE NIGHT .... MY SLEEP IS VERY LITTLE AND HAS BEEN I HAD A HIP REPLACED IN 2004 AND I DONT KNOW WHY AND WOULD REALLY LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME . MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TELL ME THAT WHEN I TALK IN MYSRLF THAT I AM HOLDING A CONVERSTION WITH WHO EVER IS IN MY DREAM...... AND THEY TELL ME I WAKE THEM UP SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE NIGHT... DO I NEED TO HAVE A SLEEP APNEA TEST DONE OR ANOTHER TEST THAT WOULD GIVE ME THE ANSWER...WHEN I HAD MY HIP REPLACED I DIDNT HAVE TOO MUCH PAIN AND WENT BACK TO WORK IN 6 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.... COULD THIS SURGERY CAUSE SOMRTHING LIKE THIS OR NOT..... I AM REALLY CONCERNED ..... WOULD APPRECIATE IT... BRENDA

dear brenda, honey im not a doctor but i guess it has no connection with your hip replace.have you ever ask them what you excactly say during the night?????ask them.maybe there is connection between your thoughts and your talks during the sleep time.if so try to fix the problems before u go to bed.try not to think about them.if u break up with your partner lately this is normal and when u date a another one you won't talk again.another way to sleep well and relaxed is to do some yoga and i know it rediclous but say some prayers.sometimes god and praying help us to be relaxed. i wish u all the bests bye p.s:would you answer my questions called :cellulite ,bigger breasts and love su**s love yaaaaaaaaaaa
