Tamoxifen side effects

 Hello,

my name is Missa from syria but currently living in the UAE ,i am 34 Y.O female and i have one daughter , Emily , she"s 2 years old
last year in July i felt a lump on my right breast  , and after checking and doing a Biopsy , i was told that i have Invasive Duct Carcinoma Grade 2 with strongly positive ER receptors (95%)  , unknown PR receptors , and negative HER2-neu .
i had a modified radical mastectomy on August 2011 , the tumor size was 3 cm and axillary lymph nodes 3/12 , all the metastatic work up were negative .

I took my chemotherapy ( 4 cycles FEC 100 every 21 days , followed by 12 weekly  Taxol ) ,  finished my radiotherapy ( 15 sessions) and now i've been told i should start taking Tamoxifen pills for five years as a beginning could be extended + Zoladex monthly or every 3 months if i got my period back ( probably i would have it back)

my first concern is those pills , Tamoxifen , i read on the net that they have many serious side effects including endometrial cancer ,uterine cancer, bone loss  ,blood clots and it could affect the central nervous system , so i was wondering how much is it risky to take this medecin , is it so necessary in my case , i wonder if there is any other replacement that could be safer .. i am so worried of those effects especially the cancer one this is why i am hesitating.. any advice?any other choice?


on the other hand  , if i'm gonna take this medecin or any other safer replacement to control my Estrogen level , why should i take Zoladex also to stop my period ??


and my last concern is pregnancy , i really wanna give my daughter a sister or brother , i want to have another child ,  i'm really having this idea in my head and i wanna go for it as soon as i finish my treatment , of course i'll be under supervision but i want your opinion in this also ..i will do everything it takes to have another child so what are my chances , will i be able to get pregnant normally , i hear a lot of stories of women in a worse case but who were healed and gave birth again.
