Hi Dr. Oz, my nane is Trilla, I eat a lot of lemons and oranges, it seems it's taking a toll on my teeth, is this something I should be worried about?

Acids (like those found in lemons and oranges) can erode a tooth's enamel--the outer layer that protects the tooth from harm. If you wear down the enamel too much, that makes you more susceptible to dental problems, like cavities. I'd recommend making an appointment with your dentist and having him take a look at the current damage. Quick tip though: Milk and other dairy products can help balance acidity, so try having a glass of milk or a piece of cheese with your orange.
