Telangictasia

I have patches of tiny little red dots on my skin, from a distance they look like red patches almost like a hicky but bigger on my right shoulder blade and shoulder ..... it doesn't hurt or itch, it's just there, I usually cover it with make up, because if I don't someone says something, my sister in law thought it was a condition my brother has and told me to use a certain shampoo for it, I know it's not anything like a fungus or sensive skin, I know what it is....its called Teleangictasia, tiny vains bursting at the surface of the skin, I just want to know if there is something I can do that will reduze the apparience? make it go away? or if I can get a tatto over it?... or a good recommandation for a water proof make up, I can wear in the summer that won?t fade off? ....
