my bf and i have been dating for bout 6 months and we have gotten to the point when we just look at each other and start making out but our lovely friends (sarcasm) are always making stupid comments such as oh he was just about to eat you nom nom and i wanted to know what people thought bout this.

Unless you do this in front of your friends, it's okay. It's naturally to feel strongly about someone and want to be with them as close as possible. It doesn't matter what your friends say, maybe they're single and bitter.
