errmmmm........i think best solution would be
1.) Do you even like the little brother?
2.) Is it a huge age gap?
and 3.) If you do like him, would it be way weird with the older brother in the constant background?
Don't go for the little brother if you just like the older one i mean thats just plain mean and rude all together but if you think you can like the younger one without replacing him mentally with the older one then you should be just fine.
