It seems that 4pm is my downfall. Any suggestions for healthy and lowfat snacks to pack in my lunch? I'm on Weight Watchers.

Carrots and hummus! The carrots are wonderfully sweet and the hummus savory. Very satisfying.

I agree with th epeanut butter and apple, but I like it on banana too! If you can find it in your local health store, almond butter is even better :) always buy organic healthy peanut butter that has no added ingredients just water and peanuts. Otherwise its not very healthy lol :)

Another one.. My personal trainer has me eating the following for lunch and its delicious! 2 over baked gluten free buns (YUM for a carb lover like me) I half them, toast them, put butter, red onion, baby spinach, mozerella, loads of seasoning and sliced turkey on top and a nice cup of tea to warm my belly :) I usually cant for ages after! Its filling and she said to use as much filling as possible! Its all healthy! You can have cherry tomatoes, scallions and vinegerette too. Yum!

    Good luck!
